Return Policy

1. All the mobile phones were delivered from the PinPack. It can be returned in around 3 days with payment slips.
2. For all the mobile phones. The return or replacement policy will be followed and implemented in all cases.

Important Note:

The mobile phones purchased from PinPack can be returned in the following cases:

1. The mobile phone has defects or damage that have been received by the customer.
2. The customer didn’t receive the mobile set that he/she ordered.

How to return?

Please, contact our customer care with video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We’ll do the necessary quality check and then proceed with the return.
