Importance Notice

1. Any mobile phone purchased that cannot be returned to PinPack due to a change of mind of the customer.
2. All the items including the mobile phones can be returned. They should be returned in good working condition.
3. The customer service representative must be informed before returning the mobile phones.
4. The Pinpack will conduct a quality check before processing the return request from the customer.
